Elise and Nick bought a canoe for Christmas from eBay.  It was a family present.  They officially launched it at Airey’s Inlet inlet under the watchful eye of Charley (she’s having an ace time at the beach this summer).

 Adults and kids had a great time on it and hanging off it.  Slow progress with so many boogey boards and surf boards in tow (but good exercise …)

India, Tahlia and Nick went to check out Santa.  He is currently sitting in a dinghy under the bridge between Fairhaven and Airey’s Inlet.  India reported back that Santa is a mannequin.

Fun times.  I’d contemplate getting one too, but I think the whole ‘getting the canoe actually to the beach’ might drive me insane …
