On Monday I took the bull by the horns, with my backyard being the bull, and I started tidying.  Real home owner tidying where you paint things.  Like walls.  

On Monday I painted the wall of our laundry so that I wasn’t always looking at a dirty wall when I am outside.

And I tell you … so much bang for my buck.  An hour of prep, an hour of painting (followed by 5 hours of reorganising).  Voila.

  
At the moment there is quite* a lot of mess everywhere else.  But Rome wasn’t built in a day … and all that.
